Note : On the lower level there is 2 futons in the living area and linen is provided for these. There are 2 futons on the upper level as well, guests are welcome to use these, how ever you will need to bring your own linen.
Dog Friendly
We are happy to welcome dogs at this property, however please note that dogs are allowed only on the lower level and in the backyard, how ever the yard is not fully enclosed.
Please do not leave dogs alone in the house and make sure to clean up any mess caused by the dog. If your dog has caused any kind of damage please notify us immediately.

Linda P - 17th March 2025We enjoyed our stay . Thanks so much Can we suggest reverse cycle for downstairs. we arrived on a hot and very humid weekend and the bedrooms down stairs were really hot. Fans were ok but not great. BBQ plate a bit rusty but we cleaned it to use . Otherwise all good.
Great house in a great location
Kerri C - 1st February 2025Great setup with two living areas and a balcony where you can see the water. A very short walk to Kendall's beach. Close to coastal walking track. Off street parking, with a garage if possible. The only issue was it is very close to caravan park, and there was a noise into the night when big groups were set up together (for a few nights we were there)

Elena B - 28th October 2024The only thing we noticed was that the dishwasher didn’t seem to be leaving the dishes clean, perhaps because the detergent tablets wasn’t dissolving and some sort of gunk seemed to appear on dishes. Perhaps it needs a maintenance service 🤔
